We proudly offer massage therapy as an adjunct to our Wellness Program.

Types of massage offered

Neuromuscular massage
Soft tissue manipulation focusing on area of injury typically causing chronic pain. This is a more medically indicated massage that addresses trigger points, circulation, and nerve compression and muscle adhesions.

Trigger Point massage
Soft tissue manipulation involving pressure placed on defined trigger points. Trigger points are specific areas of muscle and tissue that are highly sensitive to pain. By applying pressure to these palpable knots your therapist can relieve areas of referred or localized pain.

Deep massage
Focuses on area of injury with slow deliberate strokes to deep tendon and muscles that may be causing pain.

Swedish massage
Most common type of massage involving soft rhythmic stroking of primarily superficial muscles. Most often used for relaxation.
